Extended Hours Offerings

Opportunities are available to lengthen your child’s school day at St. Andrew’s.  Whether for early morning care before school starts, or lunch club in the middle of the day, or after school care if you need a little more time at the end of the school day, our extended hours opportunities offer lots of flexible options.

Early Morning Care (EMC)

Need to get out of the house early?

 

  • Available every day of the week​

  • Ages 2-1/2 to Kindergarten

 

Hours:

  • 7:30 am to the start of morning class – fee $30 ($24 if other participants)

  • 7:45 am to the start of morning class – fee $25 ($20 if other participants)

  • 8:00 am to the start of morning class – fee $20 ($16 if other participants)

  • 8:15 am to the start of morning class – fee $15 ($12 if other participants)

  • 8:30 am to the start of morning class – fee $10 ($8 if other participants)

Drop & Play (DAP)

Need an extra day to get things done?

  • Available every day of the week​

  • Ages 2-1/2 to 6

 

Hours:

  • 9:00 am to 11:30 am – fee $50 ($40 if other participants)

  • 9:00 am to 12:00 pm* – fee $60 ($48 if other participants)

  • 9:00 am to 12:30 pm* – fee $70 ($56 if other participants)

*A nut free lunch is needed.

The Lunch Club (TLC)

How about your child eating and socializing with his/her friends in a nut free environment?

 

  • Available every day of the week​

  • Ages 2-1/2 to 6

 

Hours:

  • 11:45 to 12:30 – fee $15 ($12 if other participants)

  • 11:45 to 1:30 – fee $35 ($28 if other participants)

  • 11:45 to 2:30 – fee $55 ($44 if other participants)

  • 1:30 to 2:30 – fee $20 ($16 if other participants)

After School Care (ASC)

Looking for just a little more time at the end of the school day?

  • Available every day of the week

  • ​Ages 2-1/2 to 12

Hours:

  • 2:30 to 3:30 – fee $10

  • 2:30 to 4:00 – fee $15

  • 2:30 to 4:30 – fee $20

  • 2:30 to 5:00 – fee $25

  • ​2:30 to 5:30 – fee $30

  • ​2:30 to 6:00 – fee $35

Reservations

Reservations are required and will be accepted up to two weeks ahead of time, but should be made at least a day in advance so we can staff appropriately. We also offer permanent spots for the year/semester, so you don’t have to remember to sign your child up each week.

 

Cancellations:

If you have made a reservation, we are holding a place for your child. Cancellations must occur the day before the reservation, so we can staff accordingly. You will need to pay for any reservation not cancelled the day before your child is scheduled to attend.

 

Billing:

Families will be invoiced for expenses incurred.
